5 Delicious & Healthy Navratri Fasting Ladoo

Navratri is one of the most celebrated Hindu festivals and is dedicated to the worship of the goddess Durga and her nine forms, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil.  Navratri fasting is an important spiritual practice during the nine days of the Navratri festival, observed to purify the mind and body while seeking blessings from Goddess Durga. The type of Navratri fasting vary based on regional traditions, personal preferences, and religious customs.

During Navratri fasting only certain foods are allowed like fruits, dairy products, nuts and seeds, vegetables, Sabudana flours like Kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour), Singhara atta (water chestnut flour) and Rajgira atta (amaranth flour).

Many people also prefer to make various kinds of Navratri fast Ladoo or Vrat ke Ladoo beforehand which they can eat during there fasting without spending too much time on cooking during the fasting day.
